This is my go to tincture for when I start menstruating. Raspberry leaf helps to tonify the uterus helping to reduce the pain. Oats are great to calm the nervous system, while Motherwort is helpful for painful periods with anxiety & constriction of the tissues. Nettle always is here to help out with iron reserves.

Ingredients: Raspberry leaf, Oatstraw, Stinging Nettle, Motherwort, Brandy
Ingrédients: Framboisier, Avoine, Ortie, Agripaume, 40% Brandy

Size: 1 oz

Suggested use: 2-4ml (40-80 drops) 2-4 times a day.
