St. John’s wort Tincture

Description

A restorative & neuroprotective herb, helping to reverse low moods & nervous exhaustion. Can be helpful for seasonal affective disorder & those with chronic anxiety. May also help to improve sleep quality.

Has strong antiviral properties against influenza, herpes, hepatitis B & C. Also useful in supporting those going through menopause.

Ingredients: Hypericum perforatum (St. John’s wort), local honey,  40% brandy
Ingrédients: Millepertuis, d’miel, 40% alcool

Size: 1 oz

Suggested dose: Take one dropperful orally by itself or in a couple ounces of water as needed.

Contradictions: Can interact with certain conventional medication. It can change the amount of the drug present in the bloodstream therefore significantly reducing the effectiveness in your medication. Never combine with other antidepressants. It is important to speak with your doctor if this is right for you. May also cause sensitivity to sunlight. Not to be used for a long period of time.
