Packing our orders we try to use as much recycled material as possible. Newspaper, recycled bubble wrap, or even old Amazon boxes may be used to pack your order. To keep the costs lower for you instead of charging more for something that will just end up in your recycling box.

Our items are proposed for general use. We strongly encourage each buyer to be aware of the ingredients and to decide for themselves whether the product is appropriate for you. Use it at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents, misuse, or adverse reactions. We make no claims and it is not intended as a substitute for medical advice or service. We cannot state the full benefits of any product, therefore I encourage you to do your own research before making your purchase,consuming or using any product on our site.

REFUNDS: She’s always barefoot is a woman owned business. Our products are made in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. This allows us to put care and love into everything we do. This, along with the nature of our product, means that we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is a problem, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your item.

Items are sent via Canada Post lettermail. No tracking available.

Bulk herbs: Are sold in Ziplock bags.

Customs & Import fees: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Cancellations: Are not accepted.

Please note: Business day means Monday to Friday, except Canadian holidays. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
