Did you know, the same kitchen herbs in your cupboard, are the same herbs you can use for home remedies!?
Yes! I get asked this question a lot. If you can use your cupboard herbs to create home medicine, or do you need to buy it from a special store. The answer is NO! You can grow most of your herbs even on a window sill! Grow, harvest, then dry! Store in a dark cool place & make sure you have a label. Either cook with intention. Try a new tea recipe or create your own salves, tinctures or vinegar infusions with these quick reference labels.
